Preeminentmodels.com. do not represent you as a manager or agent. We do not guarantee or secure any work directly to members. Members/model can by freewill accept other jobs and opportunities not directly enforced by preeminent models.
Members are required to pay a one time membership fee in order to receive consideration for opportunities through Preeminentmodels.com. The fee covers the cost associated with posting and maintaining your profile on the website. Subscription prices are subject to change without prior notice, Upon renewal or new member registration.
We do not allow profiles to be set up by members. All profiles are set up by Preeminentmodels.com staff. All pictures will be screened for approval before creating a profile. This will ensure that we represent you as a Preeminent Model. We will not post any content of obscene, nudity, pornographic material, harmful, abusive, vulgar or any way offensive to the member's profile.
By providing / submitting material (photographs, etc.) to set up profiles, the member agrees to the release of all rights of the submitted material in favor of Preeminent models.com. Preeminent models.com has the right to use, re-use,publish,re-publish, edit and promote all content in a professional manner to help exposure for the members. The members will provide all material and content. Preeminentmodels.com may at its sole discretion ask members for more content to meet requirements for profile. We will not proceed until content is received.
To be a member you must be at least 18 years of age and older. By using Preeminentmodels.com names, stats, credentials, data, photographs, text, messages and all other information that represents the members to be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information will or may permanently discontinue your membership from Preeminentmodels.com .
In no occurrence will Preeminentmodels.com be held liable for any direct or indirect penalizing or significant reparation, including but not limited to, reparation for loss of business earnings, production interruption, loss of material or any other reparation arising in any way out of the access of ease of use with any material, even if Preeminentmodels.com shall have been advised of feasible reparation and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or otherwise
Preeminentmodels.com reserves the right to discontinue services upon acknowledgement of complaints, harassments, abusive or obscene language reported by staff.
You may send a written request to terminate your membership by mail and or email at anytime for any reason with no obligations. This will content any service in any form for any reason. To reinstate your membership you must apply through the registration process.
